SEO (I hate using that phrase, but that's what people call it) - We help customers create genuine, informational, content for their site to index well on search engines. We also use the correct tools/methods to submit and track effectiveness of your site in major search engines and directories, and we help customers adjust correctly to increase their exposure. WE DO NOT USE Black Hat techniques, instead using solid processes that ensure long term effectiveness, not the quick rise and quick fall that many "SEO Professionals" employ. Only provide this service to customers who are also web design customers, and the system we use actually helps optimization.
Copywriter Services - Content generation for websites, brochures, press releases, etc. Many people can talk about what they do, but don't have the ability or time to create their story in an interesting and properly written format. We can do that for them.
Graphic Design (only available as an add-on for web design customers - not as standalone) - Logo design, brochure and business card design, postcards, fliers, etc.
Email Marketing (only available as add-on for web design customers) - Help customers collect, manage, and communicate with customers and potential customers, as well as other needed groups in an informative and visually appealing way, providing tracking and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of their email campaigns.
Marketing Consulting/Agency functions (website customers only) - By providing tracking methods incorporated into the marketing plan, we can help customers evaluate their marketing methods such as print, radio, tv, web, email marketing, and social media to gauge what the most effective avenues are for converting leads into sales. Many people have great business, and advertise many different places, but may not have the ability or time to look at what they are doing and to actually discover which ones are providing the best returns for their money. Others may be putting all their eggs in one basket, and may be missing key opportunities as a result. The customers website and their direct communication with the leads and customers are the best ways to actually find out what is working for them, and apply cost metrics to the results so that they can optimize their investments. By putting in easy to track "markers" for the different marketing methods, can collect data and provide customer with short term, long term, and seasonal tracking data to determine the best monthly, quarterly, or annual marketing dollar expenditures. Can also provide Agency services to match products up to best media groups based on demographics of those groups (Radio and TV stations, best times for ads to run, best location in print publications for maximum exposure to proper demographic). Many customers buy very low cost TV spots that run in bulk, which sounds good, but most of the time those ads are seen by viewers that don't fit the proper demographic for the product or service. Would they rather have an ad run 5 times for $5 and have no effect, or have 1 ad run for $25 in a show/spot/timeframe that puts their product/service in front of their target demographic and results in a higher opportunity to convert into a sale? That is where we help by working with the customer to determine who their customer really is, and work with the TV/Radio/Print group to evaluate their DETAILED reporting to find the best and most cost efficient time to place the ad/spot.
Professional Photography - Building, employee photos, product shots, real estate photography, food photography for restaurants, Family Photos (Formal portrait or informal such as a full shoot in the park or in Downtown Greenville), etc. Wedding photography also available through partnership with a wedding photography specialist.
